Spanish duo SOSANDLOW brings worldly influences to their new single on Sinchi with remixes from Andy Bros and Machinegewehr bolstering a strong EP. Artwork comes from Aboriginal artist Wayne Quilliam and all sales from this EP will be donated to the Sinchi Foundation to support Indigenous peoples.

SOSANDLOW aka Alex Sosa and D Low take inspiration from all over the musical universe and sounds as diverse as Euro-synth pop and African rhythms. Their Musica Cavernicola label has been on a permanent upward trajectory since its inception in 2017 and they hold down a celebrated residency at Tortilla Club in Madrid. They now impress on Sinchi after fine outings on the likes of Sincopat and Connected.

The sparkling 'Happy Ending' is a big disco cut with sci-fi arps and glistening synth lines. The chunky drums come with funk and swing and the chord progressions take you ever higher. It is a rich slice of brilliantly retro-future dance music.

DJ, sound engineer and producer Andy Bros has a widescreen sound that has taken him to Diynamic Music, Buttress Records and Exit Strategy. He recently toured the US and played at Art Basel in Miami and shows off his melodic side here. His leggy and serene remix is filled with retro chord vamps that will get hands in the air as the astral synth lines and upbeat drums keep the positive vibes alive.

Rotterdam's Machinegewehr is a master of dark electronic sound and mixes up electro, Italo, techno and disco on labels like correspondent, AEON and Bordello A Parigi. Here he remixes with an air of mystery
and intrigue. The spacious cosmic grooves draw you in as wispy melodies fly by and crisp hits keep things motoring onwards.
